Set for Arrival is a personal concierge service created to make everyday requests, special occasions and unforgettable arrivals feel completely seamless.
Why I started
Because the smallest details often make the biggest difference.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked behind the scenes in experiential marketing, bringing large-scale events and brand experiences to life. My career has taken me to five Super Bowls, the Indianapolis 500, the Masters Tournament, the Final Four and the College World Series. I’ve built expansive event footprints, driven box trucks filled with brand assets across the country and learned how to think quickly, pivot gracefully and solve problems before anyone else realizes they exist.
Outside of work, I’ve traveled to 30 countries, which has shaped my appreciation for thoughtful hospitality, beautiful environments and the small details that make an experience feel special. I love elevated design, exceptional service and, admittedly, the finer things in life, but I also understand the planning and work required to make luxury feel effortless.
Set for Arrival allows me to bring that experience to clients throughout St. Petersburg and beyond. Whether I’m preparing a space, sourcing something unforgettable, planning a celebration or handling the task you don’t have time for, my goal is simple: take the details off your plate so you can be fully present for the moments that matter.

More than a decade of making moments happen.
Working in live events has taught me how to stay organized, think quickly and find a solution when plans inevitably change. I’m used to managing multiple vendors, tight timelines and all the moving pieces required to bring an idea to life.
